The Advantech UNO-148-D53BA is a fanless, DIN-rail edge controller built around a 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-1335UE (10 cores, up to 4.5 GHz) paired with 8 GB DDR5 4800 MHz memory, designed to operate as a real-time, PC-based controller for machinery and factory automation. Integrated Intel® UHD Graphics drive up to two DisplayPort outputs, giving the i5 tier enough headroom for multi-tasked control, visualization, and light analytics workloads. Dual 2.5GbE ports with Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN/TCC), four isolated RS-232/422/485 serial ports, and 8-channel isolated digital I/O let it connect directly to field-level machines and sensors, while a third gigabit Ethernet port, 3 x USB 3.2, 1 x USB 2.0, and 2 x DisplayPort round out the front I/O. Dual NVMe M.2 2280 SSD slots with RAID support, a full-size mPCIe slot, an M.2 E-key Wi-Fi slot, a Micro SIM slot, and a modular iDoor expansion stack allow flexible integration of fieldbus, wireless, and I/O modules.
