ASUS IoT RUC-1000D is a rugged, high-performance, fanless edge AI computer featuring an Intel® Core™ Ultra CPU, up to 64GB DDR5 memory, and multiple M.2 slots for expanded storage and connectivity. It supports multiple standardized half-rack configurations, and 2U-height designs, ensuring seamless integration into existing industrial deployments. RUC-1000D supports RAID 0/1/5/10 configurations with an optional SSD chassis for up to six 2.5-inch SSDs. With rich I/O, including 10GbE LAN and ignition power control, and built for MIL-STD-810H compliance and wide temperature ranges (from -25°C to 70°C), it is ideal for demanding applications such as factory automation, industrial control and smart city infrastructure. To protect critical data, RUC-1000D complies with IEC 62443-4-1 cybersecurity standards, ensuring robust protection against cyber threats. Additionally, the integrated iBMC module enabling out-of-band (OOB) management, supporting remote monitoring, rapid system recovery, and reduced operational downtime.

Designed with serviceability in mind, the heatsink can be easily removed by loosening 12 screws, simplifying CPU, RAM, and M.2 SSD installation. The system is housed in a standard half-rack (19-inch/2) 2U chassis, enabling easy integration into industrial cabinets.
